​​Life is filled with experiences of hardship and triumph. What helps us endure these experiences is connection with others. As your therapist I will prioritize our therapeutic relationship as we work to create a safe, comforting, non-judgmental environment. Through connection and exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we can find your individualized path to healing. My approach consists mainly of Relational-Cultural and Psychodynamic therapies. I am adaptable in my approach according to the needs of my clients. Overall, I am a person who will listen, be understanding, and be accepting of all identities and experiences.
