The world is on fire, I can't make it not be on fire, but I can give you tools, resources, a safe space to heal, mourn, and keep swimming. I primarily use a narrative approach to identify negative messages and beliefs that make you feel less than the beautiful you your soul has always been and replace them with realistic positive messages that align with your values, morals, and identity. I infuse humor, satire, and a healthy dose of sarcasm into therapy; I'll be your number one fan, and as such will gently and kindly push you out of your comfort zone to be the badass you are meant to be.
