My name is Abigail Romero, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy working with people navigating family dynamics, relationships, and boundary setting. I offer a warm and collaborative approach when working with people. I help people identify helpful coping strategies, triggers, and patterns to make progress outside of our sessions. I love working with young professionals who are "trying to figure it out". I enjoy helping people set boundaries, communicate assertively, and grow their confidence in themselves.
