About

Abigail holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Drexel University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). In addition, she has earned certification in Cognitive Therapy through the Beck Institute and completed specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through Rowan’s CARES Institute. Throughout her career, Abigail has worked with diverse populations, but she has a particular passion for helping teens and young adults. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy to support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma-related challenges.
