I work with teens and adult individuals, as well as couples who are looking to enrich their relationships and their lives. I specialize in Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, Life Transitions, Relational Concerns and Interpersonal Violence. I enjoy working with clients who are navigating challenges around identity, sex, and relationships. I strive to understand people in the context of their environment, recognizing the myriad of systemic factors that influence their mental health. I also utilize a combination of aspects from DBT, somatic therapy, Imago, and IFS in my work.
