She has experience providing counseling services, primarily working with adults, seniors, and individuals through one-on-one sessions. Abigail received her training at a community mental health clinic, specifically the AMC Outpatient Psychiatry Center. Her clinical approach incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and humanistic orientations.
