Welcome! My name is Abby and I am a Chicago-based LCSW. We all experience seasons in life where we require extra support and care. Seeking help through therapy is a courageous first step and I’m glad you’re here. We will work as partners in your therapeutic journey to address your specific needs. My experience includes working with clients who are processing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, relationship issues, major life adjustments, and grief/loss, among other concerns.
