I believe we require less fixing and more untangling from our problem stories. My person-centered approach focuses on your desired outcomes, inviting you to show up fully as you are. Together, we'll explore your life stories, shining a light on your abilities to help you develop strategies to overcome what you are facing. I have worked with the LGBTQIA+ community for over five years and specialize in gender identity exploration with transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. As a queer person myself my lived experience allows insight and understanding of parts of living life as a queer person.
