My name is Abigail Young. I am a LCSW in Casper, WY. I work a lot with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, OCD, oppositional defiance, and other behavioral/emotional issues that are affecting their day to day life. I want to help people be their best self and succeed in whatever they are passionate about. I have worked for the past 7 years providing therapy for a variety of different ages and populations. When I am not practicing therapy I am reading, cooking, hiking, working out, or attending sporting events.
