My office is in World Golf Village (across from Buc-ee's) and see clients virtually statewide. Feeling stuck and needing help? After being assessed during intake and given a personalized treatment plan, we will collaborating on working through the areas of life you are struggling in. I intentionally help my clients learn and build coping skills/tools to build self-awareness for them to have healthy relationships within themselves and with others, so they do not have to be in therapy for the rest of their life. I work with a range of issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, conflict, divorce, panic attacks, social anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, negative self-talk, or unresolved wounds from your childhood. I utilize a variety of therapeutic orientations including CBT, EMDR, REBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
