My name is Abigayle. I am a queer, fat, non-binary, bi-racial therapist interested in co-creating an environment for you to explore what it means to live as your most authentic self. I believe strongly in creating a judgement-free space for you to examine long-held belief systems that have impacted how you move through the world. I tend to operate within narrative, emotion-focused, and mindfulness therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create an holistic environment where you are able to be authentically curious about where thoughts and beliefs come from in a nonjudgmental and trauma-informed way. I am especially interested in serving clients looking to be curious about themselves, learn to exist more within their body, unpack trauma, and build a more authentic relationships and coping strategies. Additionally, I love serving those looking to unpack diet culture and weight culture.
