Stress can become problematic and stop us from reaching our full potential. In my work, I draw upon my wisdom and knowledge working with diverse populations by respecting the human experience; focusing on dignity, empowerment, and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for 20+years. I have experience and expertise working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families and groups. The purpose of my interventions is to reduce problematic stress to a manageable level of stress. I focus on the concept of progress not perfection when striving to help the client achieve their goals.
