As a neurodivergent clinician, I integrate lived experience with evidence based tools to support ADHD, anxiety, addiction, divorce, recovery, chronic pain, weight issues/ GLP1, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, narcissistic abuse, religious trauma, overwhelm, and other issues.
