I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in individual and couples therapy, as well as helping people manage daily life stressors. Identifying your personal needs will be important as I believe a collaborative approach ensures best treatment outcomes. I help people better understand how their thoughts and behavior impact their mood, and encourage my clients to incorporate personal values into their daily lives. Strengthening relationships and building support is a key component to much of my therapeutic work. In addition, I am an ally to the lgbtq+ community and infuse a multicultural approach to my therapeutic work.
