I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to help individuals in expressing their emotions. Through play therapy, I encourage children to develop coping skills, express feelings, and address underlying issues. For older clients, I enjoy CBT to help individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and achieve their personal goals while improving overall wellbeing. In addition to CBT, I enjoy DBT to help support individuals in managing their emotions and improving interpersonal relationships.
