I’m Nikiah, a licensed clinical professional counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, trauma, and transitions. As a mother, woman of color, and perinatal mental health provider, I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals through all kinds of emotional ups and downs, including pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I understand the unique challenges of navigating parenting and identity in a world that often denies our experiences.
