Hello! My name is Dr. Jennifer Daniels. Thank you for reviewing our practice. Making the decision to ask for help can be difficult. The truth is, seeking guided support is a sign of strength. From time to time, we all need a little help to realize our own potential. Using a combination of therapy, meditation, mindfulness techniques and healthy lifestyle changes, together we can break old negative cycles and resolve current troublesome issues. No matter your age, whether you seek individual, couples, family or group therapy, it is my job to empower and encourage you to walk safely through the maze of human life. You are not alone. I am comfortable working with a wide variety of presenting issues. Therefore, my approach includes components of different modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Person Centered, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness.
