Hi, I'm Aïcha, a trauma and anxiety specialist offering somatic and attachment-based therapy for adults ready to feel safe in their own bodies again. Many of my clients come to therapy after realizing their body is still carrying the stress of survival. I don't see pathology; I see the necessary adaptations that once protected you. Healing begins when we meet those parts with compassion, not judgment. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of your patterns, and help your nervous system finally exhale.
