Hi! I'm Jamilah. I have over 17 years experience in the field. My goal is to help you navigate emotional struggles with compassionate, evidenced-based therapy in a non-judgemental safe space. I work with clients that are experiencing a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, life transitions & health concerns. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that, all individuals possess the ability to grow and realize their full potential. My desire is to empower you to a place of self discovery and advancement in your personal goals. I integrate various therapeutic approaches in my practice including; CBT, DBT, & PCT.
