ActNow for Mental Health's services are free of charge for those aged 17-32 in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Our services do not require insurance! Part of the ongoing mental health crisis is the fact that certain communities have been historically underserved by the U.S. health system, which includes LGBTQIA+ and POC populations, people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, and people who are uninsured or underinsured. ANMH looks to serve these populations with thoughtful, compassionate care.
