I specialize in treating individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns, life transitions, and low self-esteem. Many of my clients experience co-occurring conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, and personality disorders, and come to therapy seeking to improve their quality of life and sense of self. My clinical practice is grounded in the belief that every individual has a natural inclination to continuously grow and evolve. I enjoy supporting clients in exploring how deeper issues of self can affect all aspects of their wellbeing and empowering them to live in alignment with their values.
