As a therapist, I will work with you to achieve a better understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing, and to discover more adaptive coping mechanisms. My style is non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. I tailor the therapy to the individual needs of the client (play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or insight-oriented treatment). I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with a variety of issues, which include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, and trauma. I particularly enjoy working with young adults struggling to deal with the pressures of college life.
