Life can be challenging and looking for someone who can help isn't easy. It takes courage and commitment. As a Licensed Associated Professional Counselor, I believe in our ability to self-explore, looking at life's pivotal moments with the goal of making positive changes to attain fuller health and inner healing. I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate a wide variety of challenges including parental stress, balancing work-life balance, life transitions, co-parenting, grief, and low self-esteem. Through an eclectic approach and an nonjudgmental stance, I help clients explore their inner selves and help them find solutions to various mental health challenges including: parental stress, co-parenting challenges, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am especially interested in helping my clients identify new perspectives to an existing challenge.
