I am a licensed psychologist in Maryland with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. Additional areas of focus are communication problems, guilt and shame, isolation / loneliness, life purpose, and other mood disorders. The first session is an opportunity to establish the framework for our work toward your treatment goals. For this reason, reviewing intake information, discussing the details and history related to what's bringing you to therapy, and identification of your strengths and barriers, are the focus of the first session.
