I have been a psychotherapist and a neuropsychologist for over 25 years. As a therapist, I have extensive experience working with individuals in all stages of the life cycle; childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Each developmental stage has its own struggles and requires specific adaptations and interventions. Psychotherapy must be a collaborative and individualized journey. By understanding our emotional states and behavior patterns we are able to develop a greater sense of control and new and more effective strategies/skills to cope with life's stresses. I utilize an insight oriented approach in addition to targeted behavioral intervention and specific educational strategies with parents and families.
