Hi, I'm Adah! As a relational therapist, I focus on how relationships shape who we are and how we feel. Our past and present relationships—family, partners, friends, coworkers—often influence our patterns, emotions, and challenges. In therapy, we look at those patterns together and also pay attention to the relationship between you and me, because it can offer real-time insight and healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, not something I “do” to you.
