You don't have to have it all figured out here. Often, what brings us into therapy are places that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to name. Many people I work with arrive stuck, isolated, or questioning how to move forward — longing to feel more like themselves, or more known by others. I support men seeking deeper self-understanding and more authentic relationships; teens navigating big emotions and identity; couples and families working through conflict and repair; and caretakers who are often steady for others but feel isolated inside. Therapy with me is a space to meet yourself — with care, curiosity, and respect.
