I specialize in helping you break habits you don't like, and live more intentionally in your relationships. We will work to figure out what you value, and then help you set up habits and boundaries that will help you live your values. You will find me to be an accepting and affirming clinician who doesn't pretend to have all the answers. We will discover them together, and find solutions that fit YOU.
