Hi, I'm Adam. Therapist shopping can be difficult! Some general info about me: I have a psychodynamic orientation (which means I believe that the relationship between the therapist and you is an important part of the process). My work is informed by buddhist ideas (i.e., most suffering comes from attachment to something). I like to use humor and poetry in therapy. In the end, I believe we need to feel some sense of connection with the person we are working with, so I encourage you to "shop" until you find the person who feels right to you.
