I'm an experienced clinical supervisor and spend most of my professional time training other therapists, but keep a small caseload. This means both that I'm flexible in my therapy approach depending on your needs, and can devote more attention to each of my clients. Therapy is tough work that requires a strong partnership and for that, we both need to do our best to relate straightforwardly with one another. My primary concern in therapy is to develop an honest relationship driven by a shared desire to understand your life, and how you came to be this version of yourself, identifying the changes you'd like to seek along the way.
