This is your first time here on earth, and you deserve grace and understanding, no matter what you come into my office dealing with. My first goal is to always work towards understanding you and building a strong collaborative relationship with my clients. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and helping individuals and couples work through challenges to create a stronger and more authentic life worth living. I offer a direct and humanistic approach to therapy. My sessions are honest and transparent, and focused on growth and healing. I have training in effective evidence-based therapies that I tailor to your needs as a client.
