With over 15 years of experience, I have focused on helping people identify areas they wish to improve in their lives. My role is to create a safe, supportive space to explore the barriers and challenges they face. While each person’s journey is unique, I believe this space is where true connection and recovery begin. My experience spans working with adults and older teens through life changes and personal growth.
