Managing complex emotions and past traumas can be challenging, especially when trying to balance the difficulties of everyday life. It can often feel overwhelming to try to address these feelings on your own, though not addressing them can often be even more painful. In my practice, I seek to help my clients work through their challenges and become more aware of their patterns and thought processes. I provide clients with an empathetic and affirming space that allows them to feel comfortable tackling their issues, yet I also aim to challenge my clients to look beyond the obvious and recognize damaging behaviors.
