Many people want someone they can relate to and trust, someone who they can "click" with and can help them work through the challenges they are facing. They often feel stuck in patterns they cannot explain or overwhelmed by emotions, stress, or transitions that seem hard or sometimes impossible to manage. Others are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, or a sense that life has become heavier than it should be. In these moments, many people simply want things to make sense again and to find a steadier path forward so they can move toward strength and growth. I work with various forms of trauma, emotional processing and regulation, relationship issues, men’s issues/fatherhood, substance use, mood disorders, grief, religious trauma, and others. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT/CPT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based methods to support meaningful change.
