I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in grief, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions by integrating talk therapy with mind-body approaches to address both emotional and physical impacts.
