Asking for help is often one of the hardest things to do. Often, by the time people seek me out, they've tried everything they can to get things turned around. Sometimes it's the stigma around mental health that make seeking help so difficult. I think differently. I recognize the courage it takes to ask for help. I commend those who are willing to prioritize self-improvement, over silent suffering.
