I use IMAGO relationship therapy to help me work with you in both individual sessions as well as couple/group/parenting sessions. We all want to create more connected, healthier and loving relationships in our lives and together we can figure out your relationship patterns, the causes of conflict in your relationships, and ways to heal those parts of the self that are more difficult to access. Therapy can be an empowering way to increase flexibility in one's life and to improve well being at home and at work. My goal is to help you increase your flexibility and learn more effective ways to interact with others.
