Life can be difficult, especially for those of us who have grown up in marginalized communities. As a member of the LGBTQ2IA+ community, I have seen first hand what systemic oppression can do to ones mental health. I offer customized sessions to people of all backgrounds, but specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ2IA+ communities, working from a trauma focused, researched back lens. I offer a holistic, compassionate approach when dealing with some of life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and have a passion for helping individuals from any walk of life in coping with grief, anxiety and other feelings that may crop up from this process we call life.
