I work to create a safe space for clients to heal in order to allow them to feel empowered to reach their individual goals for treatment. I enjoy working with a wide variety of client presentations; ranging from anxiety and depression, to more nuanced challenges such as ADHD, Autism, and Men's issues. My approach involves weaving in aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness training, and Exposure and Response Prevention to support my client's needs.
