I am a seasoned clinician with over 25 years’ experience working with adults and older adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, grief, loss, career fatigue and other life stressors. I think of therapy as a partnership between client and therapist. My approach to therapy tends to be interactive, client centered, and reflective. I am kind, thoughtful, and intuitive, and I am skilled at helping individuals recognize and remove the barriers that get in their way.
