Most of the people I work with have gay, queer, or trans subjectivities, but I welcome anyone to my practice who wants to disentangle long-standing problems, know themselves more deeply, and feel more alive. While symptoms of depression, anxiety, or distraction signal that something is wrong, most of the issues people bring to therapy are complex and woven into the fabric of their lives, histories, and relationships. For this reason I work within a psychodynamic framework, which can help to reduce distressing symptoms as well as support deeper, long-lasting, inner change.
