I work with those who feel disconnected from themselves and the world around them. Stress, trauma, or other difficulties can leave us feeling splintered and fragmented. Many of us learned how to survive in a confusing world that dismissed or punished our need for self-expression in the context of loving, affirming communities. I work with folx learning how to be themselves while reinforcing or creating meaningful relationships.
