When life is challenging, we all need support, understanding, respect, and compassion. As humans, we benefit greatly by connecting with a support system so we understand we are not alone on this journey. Psychotherapy is our chance to connect to that support in a safe environment where we can explore, learn and grow. We are not always prepared to cope with the challenges that confront us. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my role is to walk the path with you and begin to develop the skills needed to move through the unexpected challenges of life and heal the past. I work with diverse population and welcome all.
