I help my clients cultivate meaning, healing, and wholeness in their lives. Through spiritually grounded counseling, I work with clients to help them become their ideal selves. Our work together can serve as an excellent compliment to other clinical modes of counseling, or as a stand-alone service to help you find solace, healing, and growth. I work in a whole-person model offering care and services that range from meaning-based counseling, to solution focused coaching, to personal training. My goal is total client wellness.
