Happiness is a subjective experience. I have learned, and am continually in the process of learning more, about the field of positive psychology. Within this field, I will teach you tools to challenge negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and addictive patterns. If you are struggling with any of these, you are not alone. If you are not necessarily struggling with these issues, but are seeking a different and more optimal path in life, I would also be very eager to assist you on your journey as well.
