What would it feel like to find a path from discomfort to joy? From loneliness to connection? From shame to pride? Adolescents, adults, and couples work with me to undo aloneness and find a path forward in life. Together, we will explore the impact of major life changes, being in our bodies, serious illness, and caregiving, which create stress and contribute to anxiety and depression. We’ll process complex emotions and find meaning amidst uncertainty in increasingly complicated times. Our work is to cultivate resilience so that you can live authentically, with intention and peace, even through life’s most challenging experiences. I integrate AEDP for deep emotional processing, CBT for practical coping skills, Motivational Interviewing to foster inner drive, and Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy to help you find purpose amidst adversity. Ultimately, the modalities I use help clients to understand their experiences of rich and complex lives.
