Everyone comes to therapy for their own unique reasons — perhaps stressors have become overwhelming, relationships difficult to manage, or symptoms impossible to ignore. Therapy should be an authentic conversation aimed at understanding whatever it is in your life that you find challenging. I utilize a warm and practical approach to address both current issues and their roots. I am a Columbia-trained psychotherapist and did my clinical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital. I completed psychoanalytic training at the Psychoanalytic Association (PANY) at NYU School of Medicine and also have training in MDMA and ketamine-assisted psychedelic therapy.
