I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering telehealth therapy to the people of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. In the past five years, I have transitioned from an office to solely telehealth, and I have found telehealth to be just as personal and effective as in-person. I am an anxiety, OCD, and trauma specialist who works mostly with individuals. I also specialize in working with Christians, as I have some seminary and pastoral counseling background.
