My name is Adam Venter and I’m an independently licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Arizona. I specialize in working with adults (ages 21 and up) who struggle with life transitions, career stress, family issues, relationship problems, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I help by providing a trusting space where clients can explore their inner worlds (hopes, fears, wants/needs) as well as external environment (family, relationships, careers). Through this exploration, comes understanding that helps clients achieve acceptance, peace, change, and improved life management. In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe space to discuss problems, symptoms, and personal goals. We will also create a treatment plan that centers on reaching your goals while managing stress and solving problems. My practice is unique because I'm kind and warm while keeping clients accountable, reality based, and encouraging of new experiences.
