No matter how capable we are, there are times in our lives where we could use some additional support. I’ve had the privilege to support a wide variety of clients - individuals, couples, and families - as they move through these challenging situations and moments. While I have deep experience in working with adolescents and young adults, I enjoy working with anyone at any stage of life who feels ready to make a change and is willing to engage in the process.
